International Shipping Note: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote locations). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Hygiene Notice

For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms that have had the hygiene liner removed or damaged. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Refund Information

Refund Methods & Timeframes

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement items.

Exchange Options
