Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your swimwear fits perfectly and matches your style expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms that have had the hygiene liner removed or damaged.

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items with the original tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 215 9th Street Northeast, Washington, US 20002
  5. Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we receive and process your return

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement items.

Exchange Options

  • Different style of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear with removed or damaged hygiene liners
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Products without original tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during promotions)

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote locations), please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
